Rates based on double occupancy (2 adults up to 3 children:under the age of 17). Additional adults $20.00 per adult per night. Max 5 adults sleeping capacity.

PAYMENT: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

DEPOSIT: 50% nonrefundable with notice of cancellation less than 3 weeks prior to check-in date .

RESTRICTIONS: no smoking; two-day minimum on weekends

DIRECTIONS: from ABQ. take I-25 to St. Francis Drive exit towards downtown and the plaza. Continue N on st. Francis for approximately five miles. Turn right on Alameda Street, left on Candelario (just after the Marketplace), right on San Francisco and left on Quintana. 114 is the third house on the left.

From 285 N stay to the right at the fork coming into Santa Fe. Make a left at Alameda (third light). Left at Candelario, R at San Francisco, L at Quintana.
